I have been a competitive dancer for 14 years, I have learned to push to my fullest while supporting others to do the same. Dance has taught me many life lessons, that I have taken with me as I enter this new journey of my life. After graduating dance I have found a true love and passion for yoga and Pilates. I loved that I was able to find a new way to live a healthier lifestyle. While working on my strength I was also able to work on my mind and soul.
I decided to enter this industry and become a barre instructor. I want to help encourage others to improve their lifestyle by just simply moving. I want to combine my passion for movement with a desire to inspire all of you to embrace fitness and wellness. I want to help you feel stronger in all aspects of your life.
